Apply to be a Stallholder

• Please pre-book and commit to your dates – it is hugely appreciated and helps with the organisation and running of the markets. You are still welcome to pay on a weekly basis, but would appreciate you book your dates in advance.
• We will always do our best to ensure the market can go ahead on the dates we advertise. If we believe the weather to be a risk to our stallholders & the community then will we cancel.
• Vendors own stall cover/canopy/marquee and tables must be provided – stall spaces are 3m x 3m, unless by prior arrangement.
• No electricity or generators allowed.
• The cancellation will be advertised on our Facebook page and also via email to all stallholders.
• Set up from is at each vendors discression, but must be ready for a 10 am start.
• Packing up is only allowed after 3 pm.
• Suitable pegs and weights 10-15kg must be used to protect the safety of visitors.
• Stalls cannot be transferred, sublet, or sold to any other person.
• Power is only available for food vendors by prior arrangement.
